A Lady asked: I am a project administrator for a company. I just found out that the space we were working in has tested positive for Asbestos and Lead (came back 16 times the legal limit). I have the papers with the Asbestos test results that are positive. I am trying to figure out if I should contact a lawyer, do I have a case, what information should I gather for my case (if I have one). If you can shed some light on this situation I’d greatly appreciate it because the bottom line of my situation is YES I have been exposed to Asbestos (and I have the test results) and YES I have been exposed to Lead.
